Tim has been involved in financial services for over 40 years in Connecticut. He has worked in banks and other institutions and has found that the most gratifying work has been assisting people in obtaining loans for their second most valuable asset, their automobile. He started BCI because he felt that “Big Banks” were not properly fulfilling the community’s needs.
Tim’s philosophy in business is to give the customer superior customer service and the customer will keep coming back or recommend you to their friends.

Steve has been in the Connecticut Banking Industry since 1987. He has worked for large regional banks as well as smaller community banks. Much of his time has been spent working on the indirect auto lending side of the business with a focus on lending, sales, operations and collections.
Because our customers do not necessarily choose BCI Financial for their vehicle financing, I feel that we need to be much better at meeting our customer’s needs and expectations than the banks they typically work with. We want our customers to finance their next vehicle with BCI Financial and we want them to tell a friend about us.

Donna has been involved in the financial services industry for over 40 years and in compliance management for over 30 years. Prior to joining BCI Financial, she was responsible for regulatory compliance at The Bank of New Haven and Citizens Bank. After leaving banking, Donna joined Tyler Cooper & Alcorn, LLP as a para-legal in the financial services area for ten years.
Donna has been an active member of The Bank Compliance Association of Connecticut (BCAC) for over 20 years and has held numerous positions on the Board of the organization.

Carol has been in banking for over 40 years. Prior to joining BCI, she worked in different capacities at Connecticut National Bank and The Bank of New Haven. Carol is well known and respected in both the banking and automobile industry in Connecticut. She works with customers, automobile dealers and banks to assure that they are all getting superior customer service. Carol was the first employee of BCI.
Carol likes to remind her staff that “great customer service will pay off in the end".
Carol has been married to Frank Montagna for 55 years, and they have two children and five grandchildren.

Mike has been involved in many different aspects of automobile financing for over 30 years. Prior to joining BCI Financial, he worked at Connecticut National Bank, The Bank of New Haven and other financial s companies and credit unions.
Mike enjoys the challenge of dealing with the many different personalities in the automobile industry and making them feel like a winner in every transaction.
Mike lives in Wallingford with his wife and is the proud father of two sons.

Lauren has been working in the customer service field for over 18 years. She started at BCI 10 years ago after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts at Bay Path College. Lauren enjoys working with customers, auto dealers and banks on a daily basis. She believes ensuring all customers are fully informed is the most important part of her job.
She is dedicated to achieving this goal through one-on-one relationships and open communication with her customers.

With over 17 years of experience in the auto finance industry, Liz has been BCI’s Connecticut’s dealer relations manager since 2015. With her extensive industry knowledge and exemplary customer service skills, she has successfully provided her clients the tools necessary to establish and maintain profitable and successful auto finance departments.
She values the personal and unique relationship that is necessary with each client. These contacts allow her to better understand the dealers needs and help them to find ways to grow their business.
