The Automobile Loan Process

BCI only makes Automobile Loans to consumers through our network of dealerships. BCI has been in the auto lending business since 1998. If you are not already a customer, we look forward to meeting your financial needs!  If you are already a customer, thank you for your business!

How the loan process works:

  1. Find a dealer or vehicle you are interested in! After you decide on a vehicle you would like to purchase, you will be directed to the finance office at the dealership.
  2. The finance manager will take your application and forward it to BCI — and possibly other lenders.
  3. A qualified credit analyst at BCI will review your credit application and credit file to make a decision whether to approve the application. Once the dealership receives notice of the approval, they generate a Retail Installment Contract along with any other supporting documents for you to review and sign.
  4. Once the paperwork has been agreed to and signed by you and the dealer, you are free to drive away happily in your new vehicle!
  5. Within two weeks, you will receive a Welcome Letter and a payment book with information on your loan and instructions on payment options along with our contact information.

Customer Service is our number one priority at BCI. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding major holidays.

BCI offers an Automatic Monthly Payment Service to our customers free of charge.  It’s fast, easy and worry free.  Click on the Automatic Payment Authorization Form below to signup.

To make changes to an existing automatic payment, please follow the instructions below and select the Change to Existing Automatic Payment option in the online form.

  2. Complete all required fields, then select Agree & Sign to submit online.
  3. You will be able to save a PDF version* of the final form immediately after submission online, and receive a copy of your submission via email address provided.

Change of Address Form

We understand that people move from time to time which results in an address change.

For your convenience, BCI offers our customers the ability to change your address online.  It’s fast, easy and worry free.  Click on the Change of Address Form below to make a change.

  • Check over the Phone – $10.00 *
  • Check processes on-line $5.00 *
  • Returned Check Fee – $20.00 *
  • Late Charge Fee – Based on Contract
