Hello. I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself—and share a few thoughts about the BCI difference.

Our team of former Connecticut bankers founded BCI in 1998 with the belief that the customer deserves every creative option available when applying for a mortgage or loan. BCI literally means "Better Credit Ideas," and we strive to prove that with every customer.

Our dedicated staff will work to assure that you get the best possible loan along with the quality customer service you deserve. We understand that you can go elsewhere for your loan or mortgage needs, but as a local lender we want to earn your business.  We are privately owned and operated—not a corporate giant, but rather your Connecticut neighbors—and we know how to deliver a quality product!  

BCI works with younger borrowers to assure that they are getting the best possible home loan and we work with older folks to assure that, if they are considering a Reverse Mortgage, they get all of the facts. My staff is more interested in the education of the consumer than in the sale.…we believe that a well educated customer is our best advertisement.
