Do
you accept payment by phone?
Yes, we do accept payments by telephone from your checking account.
When you call, have your checkbook handy or if you wish, we can
arrange to have your monthly payment automatically withdrawn from
your checking account on your due date. You can also sign up for
our free Automatic Monthly Payment Service.
Could
I make a payment on my automobile loan in person?
Yes, during regular business hours which are weekdays 8:30 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. For directions to our location, click

How
do I find out how much I need to pay my automobile loan in full?
You can contact us and our staff
will be happy to assist you..
Once
I have paid my loan in full, how long does it take to get the
title?
Once we receive your personal check or money order, you should
receive your title within about two weeks.
Can
BCI refinance my automobile loan?
BCI is a "wholesale" lender. We provide financing for
automobile dealerships and not directly to individuals.
I
am selling my car, can I get the title right away?
You can get your title immediately if you payoff your loan with
a "bank check" for the exact amount due. Contact
us to get the amount. Let us know if you want us to mail it
to you immediately or if you want to pick it up at our office
