The Auto Loan Process

BCI only makes Automobile Loans through dealers. When the process began you might not have even heard of BCI. We are happy to have you as a customer.

How loans go through the process:

• When you went into the dealership, after you selected a car, you were directed to the finance office.
• The finance manager took your financial information and forwarded it to BCI - and possibly to other lenders.
• The qualified staff at BCI reviewed your credit and decided that we wanted you as a customer, so we told the dealer to make the loan.
• The dealer then had you sign some papers and you drove away, happily, in your new vehicle.
• Within two weeks, you received a new payment book with instructions on where to send your payments.
